Sabrina has been in the fitness and nutrition industry for over 10 years and has worked as a nutrition consultant, holistic health coach, and personal trainer. Her true passion is helping clients fall in love with healthy eating and finding the right food combinations that help them feel their best. She has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Indiana, a Sports Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition, and a Holistic Nutrition Certification from Bauman College. This combination helps her prepare clients with the right tools to fuel their activity levels, learn how to intuitively eat the foods their bodies need, and help them hit their fitness and health goals.

 Sabrina is also a mother of a two-year-old girl and is expecting another daughter in September 2018. She knows how to work with busy clients, like herself, and create meal plans that match each person’s specific taste buds, lifestyle, and energy needs. As for running, she has ran two half marathons, three Tough Mudder races, and numerous 5-10k races in the past decade.
