At Home Teeth Whitening for Sensative Teeth {with Smile Brilliant}

Jon works swing shift and leaves for work around 3pm, so 4 nights a week the kids and I have our own evening routine. Smile Brilliant provides you with the whitening gel, as well as the desensitizing gel to help with any sensitivity. I just put a thin layer of the whitening gel on to the tray and pop them in for about an hour (you can leave them in up to 3 hours). Once that hour is up, I take them out and floss and brush my teeth as usual. I do this every other day and on the off days I use the desensitizing gel for about 30 minutes.
