matcha collagen green tea latte

Do you ever get that 2 o’clock tired feeling? Most days around 2pm I start feeling like I need a nap.  With 4 kids and an extremely busy schedule a nap is not always possible.  I started making this little drink every afternoon and love the natural boost of energy it gives me.  I drink it both hot and cold, but even on chilly afternoons I prefer it over ice.  Try it and let me know what you think in the comments below!

  1 Scoop  Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen     8oz Unsweetened Almond Milk (cold or hot)    1tsp Agave or Honey    Blend in  Vitamix   or blender of choice for 30 seconds or until frothy. Enjoy!
