Service Description

Diets don’t work. We know this. We have heard this so many times. But why do people still embark on a journey of restriction (which is what every diet is based around) to lose weight? Because we aren’t educated on the science of weight loss (and weight gain). Blood sugar balance (and the importance of fat, fiber, and protein combining) aren’t taught to us. This program will help equip you with the information you need to understand what habits you are engaging in that negatively affect your weight – and helps you to reverse those habits without restriction. What happens when we achieve a healthy diet and mindset around food without restriction? We achieve our body’s ideal weight without mental strain (and without losing and gaining and losing and gaining pounds over and over). Our Health Coach will be in contact with you at least 48-hours before the beginning of your group session. GROUP PROGRAMS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 8 PARTICIPANTS. **All meetings will be recorded. If you miss a session, you will receive the recording link in a follow-up email** GROUP FORMAT The power of group coaching programs is immense – you get to learn and develop with a small group of individuals interested in improving their health just like you are. This program is limited to 10 people as I want to ensure that everyone has the time and space to focus on their health goals and feel seen and heard. The group will become close-knit over the four months that we meet, and you may meet some life-long friends. Going through a positive transformation with others is powerful.

Cancellation Policy

If you've registered for a group class, but something comes up, we get it: life happens! Please cancel registrations IMMEDIATELY so that someone else can get in on the great workout you'll be missing. You're always able to cancel a class up to two hours before the start time with no charge. The funds you used to register will be available to apply towards a future group-fitness session. You can contact the coach directly, cancel your registration online, or email If you forget to let us know ahead of time or don't make it to class, we will charge a $5.00 "no-show/late cancellation" fee.
