Quick 10-minute kettlebell workout

strengthen your legs and glutes while engaging your core with this 10-minute workout. this high-intensity workout can be done anywhere using only a kettlebell or medium weight pair of dumbbells.

with the summer heat approaching i am finding that i am less motivated to spend a significant amount of time at the gym or even do any kind of strength training at home.  with the kids out of school, i know you will have various fun summer activities and vacations occupying your time, but don't let your fitness fall to the bottom of your priority list!

this workout took me all of seven minutes to complete, and gave me a great booty workout! if you don't have a kettlebell then just grab a pair of dumbbells, a gallon of water, a small child, or whatever weights you have on hand and get this done! if done properly, these three moves will kick your butt!


complete 4 rounds of 25 reps of each exercise with little to no rest between each round. 

time yourself and keep log of it, so you can beat your time as you get stronger!
