 Booty Boot Camp is for all fitness levels! 


If you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle and tighten and tone your body, this program is for you! Workouts are programmed for 6 days a week, including suggested cardio and each workout in this program is designed to be done with minimal equipment and can be completed at home or in a gym.
