no excuse 30-minute HIIT workout
Use a pair of light to medium dumbbells, complete 2-5 rounds-moving to the next exercise with little to no rest between.

No gym membership? No problem. This workout was done at the park while my kids burned some energy. Sure there were a few parents staring but in reality they were probably thinking to themselves “what a smart idea”. Be confident and invite them to join. Don’t let what people think stop you from reaching your goals!
If you do not have a pair of dumbbells I highly suggest investing in a pair. You can often find them cheap at garage sales or get them on Amazon -if all else fails grab two soup cans! Time yourself, working to move through rounds and reps with proper form, with little to no rest between rounds. Let me know how you like this workout and post your times in the comments below.
