Are you like most people who struggle with staying on track with eating right and working out on the weekends? Starting Friday nights, we often throw our resolve to eat and drink right to the wind. But it doesn’t all have to be lost! Just a few good decisions can go far to make it to your goals and feel better about your health. So, once again “Make Good Decisions!” (I tell that to my kids daily) and don’t let your fitness fall behind.

Split Leg Jumps
Stand in a split stance with your feet about 2 feet apart with one foot in front of the other. With upright posture, bend your knees and lower your body into a lunge. Now jump up and feet off the floor. While you’re in the air, scissor-kick your legs so you land with your opposite leg forward. Land in a lunge. Repeat, alternating your forward leg with each rep.
